ROGER FELTZ President
Roger launched FDB Ltd in 1986 as a residential construction/renovation and home design company. As an accomplished tradesman, his attention to detail and customer service has allowed for steady growth and diversification into the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. Rogers is a graduate of the Architectural Technology diploma program at Fanshawe College.
HAINSLEY BAILEY Project Manager
Hainsley has been with FDB Ltd since 1996, working first as a supervisor then moving into estimating and project management roles. Prior to his employment with FDB Ltd, he worked as a construction project manager with a large Canadian retailer nationwide. Hainsley's experience and breadth of knowledge has been integral to the expansion and continuing success of FDB Ltd.
AARON FELTZ Project Manager
Aaron began his construction career with FDB in 2003 as a labourer before attending Fanshawe College and graduating from the Construction Engineering Technology (Management) program in 2010. Following his formal education, Aaron spent 10 years in Saskatchewan in the mining industry working on major Potash mining construction projects in the capacity of a Project Manager and Sr. Estimator. Aaron returned to Stratford to work for the family business in 2020 and has since been an integral part of delivering successful major projects to our local industrial clients.
IAIN REYNOLDS Project Manager
Iain began his construction career as a labourer with FDB Ltd in 1988. After completing his University studies he spent ten years as an independent art director and head carpenter in the Canadian film industry. Since returning to FDB in 2007, he has worked as a site supervisor and project manager. Iain holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson University.
CAM SCOTT Project Manager
Cam started at FDB Ltd as a labourer while on a co-op placement from Fanshawe College in 2016. After completing the Construction Engineering Technology (Management) Diploma program, he went on to get his Bachelor of science in Construction Design and Management at Southampton Solent University in the UK. Cam started back at FDB Ltd in 2018 as a project coordinator and has since been promoted to a Project Manager and Estimator.
